1: This negatively affects protein synthesis. The process of protein synthesis when amino acids are assembled into a complete protein. Excessive alcohol slows the process down to 20%, because your muscles are made up of proteins, thus multiplying the benefits of alcohol will not be.

2: It lowers testosterone levels and increases estrogen. Testosterone is the most important muscle building hormone in your body. One of the factors that determines how much muscle weight a person can gain.

3: It causes dehydration. Dehydration is the loss of water or fluid from the body. Water and salt from the character depends on how much a person loses fluids.
The kidneys must filter very large amounts of water to remove alcohol, which can cause severe perspiration within the body. Water plays an important role in muscle growth process. Muscle is 70% of water.
